Once your initial consultation is ordered you will receive an email with an appointment confirmation.  You will also receive a link to fill out your personal medical history.  At your consultation we will review your medical history and discuss how Semaglutide can benefit you.

If you are a candidate for treatment you will receive injectable Semaglutide and supplies for the 3 month period.  These will be shipped to your home along with instructions for use.

After you have started Semaglutide therapy we will check in every three months to monitor your progress.  In these televisits we will review your labs, current symptoms and make medication adjustments as necessary.
